We are traveling with six other Looper boats up the Tennessee River to Chattanooga. Our first stop on the way is Decatur, a short twenty-nine miles from Joe Wheeler State Park. It was a short run for us and with an important Michigan/Michigan State football game in progress it felt more like a Sunday afternoon when we congregated on Bella Luna to watch the game and have Margaritas. After the game we had dinner in the restaurant/bar right in the marina. It was an early night for most of us as we think the activities of the Rendezvous have caught up to us.
